A 26-year-old man is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Friday 25 November charged with a terrorism offence.
Mohammed Rehman, currently a serving prisoner within HMP Belmarsh, is charged with section 58 of Terrorism Act (Possession of a document likely to be used in an act of terrorism).
The charge is in connection with handwritten documents found within Rehman’s cell in February this year.
Rehman was found guilty in December last year on two counts of preparing for acts of terrorism and sentenced to life with a minimum term of 27 years imprisonment.
