A man has been left in a critical condition following an attack in Huddersfield.
At around 12.41am on Sunday, 1 October, officers were called to Kirkgate where a man in his thirties was found with a serious head injury.
The incident is believed to have occurred outside of a McDonalds.
The man was taken to hospital for further treatment and his condition is currently described as critical.
Two males aged 15 and 16 have been arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in custody at this time.
