A man has been charged with murder after a large fight outside a pub in Greater Manchester.
Momodou Jallow, 21, of Ashley Lane, Moston was previously charged with Section 18 assault, violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.
He has now been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Joe O’Brien from Blackley.
The charge relates to a fight police were called to on Oldham Road in Failsworth at around 3.00am on Sunday 21 April 2019. Joe O’Brien died after being stabbed in the brawl.
Another man – who was 21 at the time of the incident – was also stabbed and is now recovering from his injuries.
