A man has been charged after a girl was dropped into a river in Bolton.
Damien Smith, 39, of Gendre Street, Bolton appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday, 25 October, charged with attempted murder and affray.
The charge relates to an incident on 29 September, where a 3-year-old girl was dropped into the river on Crompton Way in Bolton.
