A man has been arrested following police negotiations in Leeds.
A 3.45am today (14 November) police were called to an incident where there were concerns for the welfare of a man at an address on Cardigan Road, Burley.
A road closure was put in place and trained negotiators spoke with the man.
At around 9.00am a 28-year-old man was arrested from the address in relation to a previous breach of the peace offence and taken into custody.
