Motorists on their way to work in Bradford were surprised to be sharing the roads with a herd of horses yesterday, 11 April 2017.
Around a dozen of the animals were spotted during the morning rush hour on the Bradford ring road close to the ASDA on Rooley Lane.
In an attempt to replicate the weekend’s Grand National, the strays ran loose for two miles before being brought under control by emergency services on Huddersfield Road, near Low Moor.
