Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a firearms discharge in Leeds at the weekend.
Officers were called on Saturday 5 August at around 4:30pm following a disturbance on Spencer Place in Chapeltown.
It was reported that there was an altercation involving a group of black males and one was believed to be carrying a small handgun.
There was a firearms discharge which caused damage to a nearby ground floor flat window.
The group then fled the scene on foot to the rear of Harehills Avenue where a male victim, who was sitting in his car, a black Honda Civic X registration plate, was threatened by the group, who drove off with his car.
The vehicle was later found abandoned on Oakwell Crescent, where it is believed the suspects left in another car.
