The legacy of independence for Britain's Pakistani communities will be explored at a special event at the National Science and Media Museum on Wednesday 4 July.
The documentary ‘A Journey Worth 70 Years’ looks at how the largest population movement in modern history affected those who later migrated to the UK and continues to shape the lives of future generations.
The film was commissioned by the British Council in Pakistan as part of a research project on identity and conflict.
The special screening is part of Bradford Literary Festival and will be held from 7 - 8.30pm.
