A fifth man has appeared in court charged over the murder of a man in Leeds earlier this year.
Cornelia Benjamin, aged 21, of Reginald Street, Chapeltown, Leeds, has been charged with the murder of Raheem Wilks in Gathorne Terrace, Harehills, on 26 January this year.
He was arrested on Thursday, 31 August last week by detectives from West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.
He appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court on Friday and then at Leeds Crown Court on the following Monday where he was remanded in custody pending trial alongside four other men who have previously been charged with murder.
The trial is listed to begin on 16 October.
