Police are issuing an Efit of someone they wish to speak to in connection with a burglary and assault at a property in Leeds.
Leeds District CID would like to speak with anyone who has information about the offence which took place between 5 to 5.25am at a shared house on Regent Park Terrace on Sunday November 13.
It took place after a man broke into the property and began to search around before being disturbed by a 19 -year-old woman.
She challenged him and was struck in the face by the man as he fled the scene with property.
The victim received a facial injury but did not need hospital treatment.
The suspect was described as 20-13-years-old, tall with curly short hair and a wide nose. He was wearing a black tracksuit.
PC Tom Enevoldsen, of Leeds District CID, said: "We are appealing for information to identify and trace this man who assaulted a young woman in her own home when she caught him breaking in.
"She was understandably shaken by the incident and I would ask anyone who can assist the investigation to contact myself at Leeds District CID on 101.
"Information can also be given anonymously to the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111."
