A Dewsbury man has been sentenced to 10 years at Leeds Crown Court after he sexually abused a six-year-old girl.
The court was told that Nile Akram was arrested after the little girl had told her mother what he had done on January 22nd.
Akram, aged 20 and of no fixed address, admitted four offences of oral rape, six of sexual assault and one charge of engaging in sexual activity. As well as the ten year jail term he was ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
