Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the slip road of the M1 in which a cyclist was seriously injured.
The incident took place at junction 47 for Aberford in Leeds at about 10.45am on Tuesday 29 January. A white Ford Transit van collided with a male cyclist on the roundabout at the top of the northbound exit slip road.
West Yorkshire Police said the cyclist suffered serious and potentially life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision itself or anyone who believes they saw this van or cyclist immediately prior to the collision to get in contact. Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage.
