A 32-year-old man has been arrested at Birmingham Airport on suspicion of funding terrorism.
The man, from Coventry, was detained after flying into Birmingham by officers from the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.
The arrest is part of a continuing investigation into the financing of terrorism and was intelligence-led.
There was no risk to any passengers at Birmingham Airport or to the wider public in relation to the arrest.
