A car crashed in Farnley after being pursued by police.
At 6.33pm on Friday 23 June officers began a pursuit of a suspected stolen Hyundai car on Tong Lane in the Bradford area.
A short time later at 6.35pm the vehicle officers were pursuing and two other vehicles collided on the ring road at Farnley.
As a result of the collision five people from the Hyundai were taken to hospital with what are described as non life threatening injuries.
Five people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A referral has been made to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
