A 34 year old man who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl who had popped into his Morley business for a phone repair has been made the subject of a three year community order.
Leeds Crown Court heard that Agha Khan admitted trying to kiss the girl, making sexual comments about her body, asking her if she had a boyfriend when confronted by Police with CCTV footage taken from Morley Mobiles, Queen Street, Morley, on March 24 this year.
Khan, of Conway Road, Harehills, pleaded guilty to sexual assault. The Recorder of Leeds, Judge Peter Collier, QC, made Khan the subject of a three-year community order, during which he must take part in a 60-day rehabilitation activity programme, 120 hours unpaid work and must sign on the sex offenders register for five years.
