A burglar who targeted places of worship in Bradford has been jailed.
Stuart McCarron, 39, of Thornville Court, Manningham, Bradford, stole from a mosque on Little Horton Lane, Aldersgate Methodist Church and an 83-year-old Good Samaritan who had given him gifts of money.
Bradford Crown Court heard how McCarron had 46 previous convictions for 82 offences, including many similar burglaries.
He pleaded guilty to burglary, burglary with intent to steal and bank card fraud – and sentenced to 33 months in prison.
