An older people’s retirement housing scheme in Bradford has won a Silver award in the prestigious Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) Awards 2017.
Bowler Close in Low Moor, is one of 32 to have won a top prize out of the almost 25,000 retirement housing schemes or developments nationwide.
It won Silver in the category for retirement housing between 31-36 units.
A group of residents from the scheme were joined by staff at an awards event held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
