A Bradford project has been chosen to progress to the Grand Final of this year’s Building Excellence Awards.
The Sunbridge Wells bar and restaurant complex won the award for Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion at this year’s regional West Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards held in Wakefield.
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) national Grand Final Building Excellence Awards will be held on Friday 10 November at the Westminster Park Plaza, London. Bradford’s project will be up against 11 other regional award winners.
