A Bradford man has been jailed for eight weeks after assaulting an eight-year-old girl in a Greggs in Leeds.
Leeds Crown Court heard that the girl was in Greggs at The Headrow in February with her mother and brother when she was assaulted by Adnan Maqsood while her mother was at the counter.
Adnan Maqsood, of Windermere Road, Bradford pleaded guilty to common assault.
34 year old Maqsood was originally charged with sexual assault, but was cleared of that charge.
He is currently serving a 15-month prison term for an earlier stalking offence not related to this case and the new eight week sentence will be served concurrently.
