People in Bradford are invited to free events to help self-manage asthma and other pulmonary conditions to live well.
Held during national self-care week, starting on Monday, 13 November, the events are part of the Bradford Breathing Better (BBB) campaign which aims to improve the pathways of care for asthma. The campaign also aims to give people the skills they need to manage their condition and therefore reduce hospital admissions.
Experts will be on hand at both events to answer questions and to give tips.
There are almost 30,000 people in Bradford and district living with asthma, and just under 10,000 more have chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder – a serious lung disease which makes breathing more difficult.
