Teacher training students will be taken on bus tours of secondary schools in the Bradford district as part of a major recruitment campaign.
Bradford Council organises the tours to give people who are training to be teachers an insight into working in the district’s schools.
The council says the bus tours have already been a success helping to recruit more than 200 teachers into Bradford’s primary schools since they were first launched two years ago.
Now tours of the district’s secondary schools have been organised for the first time. These tours are taking place this month taking students from Leeds Trinity University to schools across the district.
