An 85-year-old was injured after being targeted by a mugger on a bike.
The pensioner fell to the floor as she tried to cling to her bag when a cyclist grabbed it outside a Morrison’s in Cheadle Heath, Stockport on Monday night (18 February).
A man was later arrested in connection with the incident following a police dog chase.
Police are now appealing for the public's help to retrieve the woman's handbag which is thought to have been dumped during the pursuit.
