A 22 year old Bradford man has been jailed for five years after Police discovered a bag full of guns, ammunition, and illegal drugs at his home.
Bradford Crown Court heard that on September 16th last year when officers searched the home of Mohammed Ahmed, at Sunrise Court, little Horton they found a 7.65mm handgun, two revolvers, a silencer, rounds of ammunition, and quantities of cocaine and cannabis.
Bradford Crown Court heard the two revolvers were actually imitation handguns, so charges relating to them were dropped.
Ahmed admitted the charges relating to the handgun which after testing was deemed capable of being fired, a black silencer and a number of 9mm Luger and shotgun cartridges.
Ahmed’s five year sentence also included a separate offence of possession of cannabis with intent to supply dating back to December 2013.
