A 19 year old Bradford man has been sentenced to 9 months in a young offender’s institution and banned from driving for 18 months after a high speed Police chase.
Bradford Crown court heard that on March 25th this year officers spotted Saif Sageer, racing his VW Golf GTE with another Golf in Bowling Back Lane sparking a 90 mph pursuit.
Sageer, of Dale Croft Rise, Allerton, had pleaded not guilty to a charge of dangerous driving but was found guilty by a jury.
Sageer was sentenced to nine months in a young offender’s institution, banned from driving for 18 months and must take an extended re-test before he can drive again.
