Udy is recognised as a leader in inclusion and diversity and has a sustained, distinguished presence in the field of diversity management, with much of her work focusing on inclusive workplaces, representative diversity, diversity-competent leadership in public, private and third sector organisations.
On appearing in the list Udy said: “I am delighted to appear on this list alongside some truly inspirational women. My career to date has been dedicated to championing equality and diversity and to be recognised as a change maker in this area is a great honour.”
