Police are appealing for information after a man was injured in an assault at a property in Golcar, Huddersfield.
It took place between 11.15pm and 11.19pm on Friday September 23, after a man approached and walked into a flat on Elmfield Avenue and began shouting at occupants.
He then assaulted an 18-year-old man inside the flat with a blade both inside and outside the property, causing non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and later discharged.
DC Andy Clayton of Huddersfield CID, said: "Enquiries are on-going regarding this incident and we would like to speak to anyone who has information about what happened or witnessed the incident itself."
