Two teenagers have been arrested following a spate of burglaries in Wythenshawe.
A 16-year-old was in custody after a burglary on Wexford Walk in the early hours of Sunday morning (24 March).
The burglary is the latest to be reported over the weekend with a similar set of circumstances. A watch, laptop and a car – which have all since been recovered – were taken from the address.
Another teenager who was arrested in Tayfield Park on Saturday 23 March, and is also 16, has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
His arrest was in connection with eight incidents that were reported to the City of Manchester Division.
