Four men have been jailed for a total of 37 years for their part in plans to bring high quality heroin into Bradford.
Bradford man Arshad Zaman Khan of Salt Street, Manningham was jailed for 12 and a half years for his part in the plans in which it is believed heroin was imported from Pakistan in the lids of marker pens with an estimated street value of just over £105,000.
27 year old Usman Khan, of Ramsden Road, Rotherham, was jailed for nine-and-a-half years after admitting conspiring to supply drugs.
29 year old Asim Jhangir of Sandford Road, Bradford Moor, Bradford, was jailed for seven-and-a-half years after admitting a drugs conspiracy charge.
35 year old Anthony Harris of Ireland Road, Liverpool, was also jailed for seven-and-a-half years after he admitted being concerned in the supply of drugs.
A fifth man 30 year old Mohammed Javed of Bradford Road, Riddlesden, admitted being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and will be sentenced next month.
