Two teenagers and a man will appear in court today (24 February) in connection with the murder of music shop owner Tanveer Iqbal.
Gul Nawaz, 43 of Roway Lane, Oldbury, was arrested at an address in Stoke-on-Trent yesterday and later charged with his murder.
A 16-year-old Birmingham schoolboy who cannot be named for legal reasons will also stand accused of murder.
And a 17-year-old girl, who was arrested from an address in Birmingham yesterday (23 February) has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
All three will appear at Birmingham Magistrates court today.
Zatoon Bibi, aged 36, of Roway Lane, Oldbury, was charged with Mr Iqbal’s murder earlier this month and is due to appear before Birmingham Crown Court on 22 April.
Investigations are continuing into the death of 33-year-old Mr Iqbal, whose body was found in the boot of his car in Portland Road, Edgbaston, on Monday 1 February.
