Police have arrested 13 people in connection with two firearms incidents in the Holme Wood area of Bradford.
A 16-year-old male and a 24-year-old female were arrested on Wednesday 1 August on suspicion of attempted murder.
A 17-year-old male and a 20-year-old male who were arrested on Tuesday 31 July have been released under investigation.
A total of nine other people have been arrested for assisting an offender.
The arrests have been made in relation to incidents which occurred at addresses on Gillingham Green and Dulverton Grove in the early hours of Monday, which saw two men suffer leg injuries.
The man injured in the discharge at Dulverton Grove remains in hospital following treatment. The other man has since been discharged.
Detectives believe the incidents are linked and both are being treated as targeted attacks.
