A teenager has been sentenced for two stabbings in Keighley.
Bradford Crown Court heard how one of the 15-year-old’s attacks left his victim’s intestines “hanging out” at Madina Food Store on Belgrave Road on 21 December. The victim required extensive surgery and hospital treatment for days after.
The other incident left a 17-year-old with stab wounds to his back after he was walking home from school through Devonshire Park on 1 November.
Both attacks were carried out by a group of youths, of which the defendant was a part.
The defendant, who cannot be named due to his age, was handed five years detention.
