Police are investigating a serious sexual assault in Huddersfield after receiving reports.
A woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted at around 2.30am Thursday morning in Chancery Close, an alleyway next to Market Place.
No further details have been released by police and the scene was cordoned off for investigations.
Detective Inspector George Bardell, of Kirklees CID, said: “The victim is being supported by specially trained officers and our enquiries are on-going.”
