A serial burglar and thief who recently spent his tenth Christmas behind bars has been jailed for a further 28 months.
34 year old Lee Graham, appeared at Bradford Crown Court via video link from a prison in Hull having been arrested and detained in custody since 3rd December 2016.
The court heard Graham had 79 previous convictions for 176 offences, with his latest offending involving stealing from a shopping centre and a Hotel Bradford.
Prosecutor Adbul Shakoor told the court that Graham, of Oakroyd Villas, Manningham, had been made subject to a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in May last year, before being given a two-year suspended sentence for burglary on October 25.
Graham pleaded guilty to burglary and theft, as well as breaching his suspended sentence and CBO, at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on December 5.
Judge David Hatton QC, said "I have no alternative but to impose an immediate prison sentence."
Activating the two-year suspended sentence and adding four months for his latest offences.
