People are being challenged to ‘make one change’ as part this year’s Self Care Week.
The week, running from 13 to 19 November, will see a range of events and activities across the Bradford district to help people understand how simple lifestyle choices can make a big difference to their quality of life in the future.
People will be encouraged to take control of their health by making one change, such as quitting smoking or taking up some form of exercise.
