Record numbers of people attended this year’s Bradford Literature Festival.
The 10-day festival saw more than 70,000 people flock to the city - a 40 per cent increase on last year and a significant rise from a humble audience of 968 when it began as a two-day event four years ago.
The event was also awarded the accolade of 'Most Diverse Festival in the UK’.
