Police are searching for a vehicle in connection with a stabbing in Bradford.
A 32-year-old man turned up at hospital on Tuesday 9 April with serious injuries caused by a bladed weapon.
West Yorkshire Police have said it is suspected the man's injuries, which are not believed to be life threatening, are linked to an incident in the car park of Manningham Library in Carlisle Road.
The force has now added that a five door black Volkswagen Golf hatchback, believed to have taken the injured man to hospital, was last seen close to the Bradford Royal Infirmary in the early hours of 9 April.
A 34-year-old man has been charged with wounding with intent in connection with the attack.
Detective Inspector Claire Smith, of Bradford District CID, said: “We are keen to locate this vehicle as we believe it will be crucial to our enquiries.
“We are also keen to speak to a man who assisted the driver with putting the victim into the car, as well as anyone else who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the Carlisle Road area between 12am and 12.30am on 9 April.”
