A cyclist has been left with serious injuries following a collision with a bin lorry in Manchester city centre.
The crash took place on Oxford Road at the junction with Hulme Street, at around 10.35pm on Thursday (23 August) night.
The cyclist, a woman aged in her 20s, was taken to hospital by the ambulance service. It is thought she has serious injuries to her legs, which are not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made and police are continuing enquiries.
