A man has been jailed after more than £300,000 worth of cocaine was found by officers at his home.
Joe Dempsey, 28, was sentenced at Leeds Crown Court after pleading guilty to possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
West Yorkshire Police were called to a report of a domestic incident at Dempsey’s home on Town Street, Beeston, on 16 March.
The court heard the officers found three phones in the bedroom which were constantly ringing and receiving text messages.
On further inspection a machete and a tin containing £20,000 in cash were discovered, along with 7.5kg worth of cocaine.
Dempsey was jailed for 10 years.
