A man who was found dead in Brighouse has been named by police.
29-year-old Carl Wood was found dead at Whinney Hill Park in Brighouse on Thursday 12 April.
A 38-year-old man originally arrested in connection with the death has since been released on police bail pending investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector Chris Gibson who is leading the investigation said: “The unexpected death of anyone in the community is always a shock to those locally, and extremely distressing to the family and friends of the deceased.
“Our enquiries in to understanding the circumstances that led to Mr Wood’s death are ongoing.”
