Greater Manchester Police have made an arrest after a man died following a collision with a car whilst at a pedestrian crossing in Bolton.
The 65-year-old was hit by a Range Rover on Topp Way, Bolton, at about 10.00pm on Saturday 18 August. He died at the scene.
A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
He was also detained on suspicion of causing death while uninsured and driving while over the prescribed limit for drugs.
