A man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Ashton-under-Lyne.
James Denton, 27, of Barcliffe Avenue, Moston has been charged with murder and attempted murder.
The charge is in relation to an incident at around 4.50pm on Wednesday 13 June 2018, when a man had been shot on Birch Street.
31-year-old Luke Graham was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
Another man in his 20s later presented himself at hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was treated for non-serious injuries.
