A man has appeared in Bradford Magistrates Court, after he was charged with the rape of a 12-year-old Bradford girl.
Fahad Goheer, of Fenton Street, Rochdale, is alleged to have contacted the girl through social media before threatening to harm her if they didn’t meet up.
The incident that took place on the evening of January 21st saw the 22-year-old book a hotel room from his credit card and in his own name.
He was arrested in Rochdale on January the 25th.
Goheer was remanded in custody and is to appear before Bradford Crown Court on February the 24th.
