The police watchdog has concluded its report into a fatal crash in Bradford that left four people dead.
Murtza Chaudhry, 21, was driving a BMW which was also carrying Arbaaz Hussain, 21, Zeeshan Khalid, 20, and Tayyab Siddique, 22, in August 2018.
The car was being followed in Bradford by officers after it overtook a marked and an unmarked police car.
The vehicle crashed into a tree killing all four men, following a 34 second police pursuit.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said its investigation had looked at footage and audio from the unmarked police car.
The final report has been submitted to West Yorkshire Police but will not be made public until the inquests into the deaths of the four men are concluded.
