A Bradford schoolboy has become British and European Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion at the age of eight.
Hayden Quirke, from West Bowling, first began training in the martial art in August 2015, and did not start competing until the following March.
Hayden, who trains at Gracie Barra gym in Beacon Road, Horton Bank Top, enjoyed his most successful year yet in 2018 – claiming 22 medals in 24 events.
