Police investigating the robbery of an elderly man in Bradford have released an image of a man they would like to identify.
The suspect called at the victim’s house in the Bolton area of the city at about 5.00pm on Wednesday 9 January and asked about removing branches from his garden.
He is said to have forced his way into the house, knocking the 88-year-old victim over as he did so and searched the property before leaving on foot with a handful of change.
He is believed to be between 55 and 60 years of age and around 5ft 6ins tall.
He spoke with a Yorkshire accent and wore a dark zip-up leathery donkey style jacket, dark trousers and heavy shoes/boots.
