Police in Manchester are investigating an incident in which a suspected “corrosive substance” was poured on a vehicle.
The incident took place near to St Barnabas Primary Academy on Parkhouse Street, Openshaw, shortly after 3:20pm on Tuesday 25 September.
Two men in balaclavas smashed a woman's car windows as she picked her children up from school then poured a liquid on the vehicle.
Reports say it is not clear if the woman or her children were in the car at the time, but no injuries have been reported.
A police spokesperson said it was “too early to say” whether it was a targeted attack.
