Police in Huddersfield are appealing for witnesses following an attempted robbery in Newsome.
The incident happened on Friday 16 February at around 1.40am when the victim, a man in his 20s, was walking along Malvern Road when two unknown suspects approached him from behind.
The suspects, both armed with knives, threatened the victim and made demands for his property. A small silver coloured car then drove along the road, the victim flagged down the vehicle which slowed down before the suspects left the area.
Police are appealing for the driver of the car or anyone who may have other information to come forward.
