Detectives are in Huddersfield are appealing for information following a violent disorder incident.
The incident happened shortly after 7pm on Friday (2nd July, 2021) on Deighton Road and resulted in two men being injured.
One man suffered head, leg and facial injuries and another man suffered serious arm injuries.
Following the incident three Huddersfield men aged 26, 26 and 30 were arrested in connection with what took place.
Two of the men aged 26 and 30 were released on police bail.
McCauley Jackson (26) from Sheepridge in Huddersfield was charged with offences of possession of an offensive weapon, Section 18 wounding and a violent disorder offence.
He appeared before Bradford Magistrates Court on July 5.
Enquiries into the disorder remain ongoing and officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have captured CCTV footage of what took place.
