Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was found gagged outside her house which was on fire.
At around 8.25pm on Sunday 22 January 2017 police and the Fire Service were called to an address on Swayfield Avenue in Longsight, Manchester.
A woman was found with her mouth bound by tape on the bay window roof of the house. She was rescued by the Fire Service. The fire in the house was then put out.
The victim reported that three men had broken into her house, one armed with a gun and demanded money.
