Police are appealing for information as a man is still recovering from injuries sustained in an assault in Rochdale over three months ago.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was pursued from the direction of Rochdale Town Centre Metrolink station by two men at around 6.00pm on Thursday 27 December.
He was hit with a bottle to the back of his head, causing him to fall forward to the ground, resulting in two black eyes and a broken shoulder.
He went to hospital and is still recovering from his injuries at home.
